Welcome to the SysBioTK!
SysBioTK is a library of sorts which was implemented with the goal to help analyse batches of data from a set of molecular biology experiments.
The initial concept was of creating a set of tools to help manage and process large lists of proteins, unfeasible to manage by hand.
But it has since grown to include further functionality and also gain some generality and modularity.
