When searching in a selection, I'd like to highlight all the results of the search at the same time - and normally highlight the first found item.
Later on, I'd like to cancel these special highlightings and go back to each previous (regular) highlighting-state.
Could you help me please ?
Pierre.

You could do that in PaintTransistent, but this could be inefficient in some cases.
Best would be do that (code it) in SynEdit somewhere in PaintLines proc. to support search results highlighting independent of highlighter.
Currently I don't have much free time, so I cannot help you direct.
I think that this could be posted in SynEdit project at Feature request(/Support request?) section.

I understand.
I'd hoped that you could have given some guide lines.
Another time.
Thanks again.
