Bug report attached.  Let me know if I should rebuild with different
configure options.

$ rpm -qf /usr/lib/ladspa/fm_osc_1415.so
ladspa-swh-plugins-0.4.15-15.fc10.i386

I could look at it in gdb if necessary (and if I can remember how to
disable that bug buddy thing).
