#16 Webcam LED doent turn off

I have a noteboke Asus F3T and im running mandriva 2010.0 with kernel-2.6.33.2-desktop-1mnb.
I run a webcam app like for example cheese of kopete and the webcam works fine, but after i close the app, the webcam light never more goes off.

I remember that one year ago i didnt had this problem, still i have bene stopped and now that i run linux again i get this problem.

I also have build a new dkms package from svn revision 99: dkms-syntek-2.2.0-1.svn99.1mde2010.0
