The spec file is missing BuildRequires: lines. From
what I just saw it is at least graphviz, gif2png, texinfo

Sorry, only texinfo is BuildRequires, graphviz and gif2png
are normal Requires. It's difficult to find the dot tool (at
least it has been for me), so rpm/spec file requirements are
really nice for that ;-)
