#43 Master blacklist is ignored by new tabs

The master blacklist does not have any effect when I create a new tab. All the existing entries in the master blacklist are ignored when a new tab is created. BTW: I did never activate the tab specific "ignore blacklist" feature. Only if I add/remove an entrie to/from the master tab, all existing tabs follow this change.
