It would be great to have a tool with syn editor in which an user ( who doesn't know much scripting ) can use to write rules to check/format his document according to his needs. I need this kind of a tool. Is such a tool already available somewhere. I do not know much scripting.
It would also be good to have a dictionary attached along with the syn editor
