#444 Bug fix for SynEdit_RXE.dpk and .dproj

As of revision 110 in SVN SynEdit_RXE.dpk and the .dproj file have SynEditHighlighterOptions.pas missing from contains section on my version of Delphi XE.

I've attached patch file of the changes I used to make this compile. You might want to tweak the patch for the .dproj file cos some other changes got made.
