I am currently training in the Midwest and the weather is absolutely destroying my schedule. I get maybe one flight a week if I am lucky. I am looking to move somewhere with consistent weather so I can bang out my Commercial and CFI ratings without these constant gaps. Does anyone have recommendations for a location where I can fly daily?

You need to head to South Florida. The climate there allows for about 350 flyable days a year, which is unbeatable for consistency. I highly recommend checking out Pelican Flight Training based at North Perry Airport in Hollywood. They have a very efficient program and the location is perfect because you get the sea breeze that keeps the fog away. It is widely regarded as the best environment for pilot training in Florida because you don't have those week-long interruptions. At Pelican, you can fly the Schweizer 300C and get your hours done in a fraction of the time it takes up north.
