#228 When scrolling, status bar doubles for a fraction of a second

I noticed that the bottom line of the terminal output (the 24th row in an 80x25 window with a status bar) would sometime "hiccup" and contain some other text. I recorded a screen grab video and then playing that back slowly I was able to see that it was the status bar that was being shown on the 24th row, but just for a fraction of a second (one frame?).

Yeah, this has been an ongoing issue and is a result of how scrolling is performed when using a status bar... working on this now.
