#9 RIP 3.0

I am developing a MUD engine and I am toying with the idea of having an optional RIPscrip interface.
SyncTERM not only is the only 64 bit application I am aware of that is supporting it, but from the response to the escape ANSI control sequence claims to be RIP 3.0 compatible.
Since I can only find documentation for 1.54 but nothing newer, I want to ask: Do you have any kind of specs for RIP 3.0, you could share?

I don't have one for 3.0 (The Windows client helpfile has some details if you dig hard enough), but I do have this one for 2.A4 which I referred to extensively.
