#10 Quick Dial feature

Requesting a "quick dial" feature to SyncTerm where you don't have to add a listing to the menu, just do a hot key command like ALT-Q and type in the telnet address (and optional port number) so it telnets directly to that address. Saves a step when you just want to do a quick telnet to a particular address.
