#130 Support higher/non-standard baud rates for serial (and 3-wire) connections

Using a TTL-232R-RPi cable (w/FTDI chip), I can use baud rate of 2000000 with Linux 'picocom -b 2000000', but have no such option in SyncTERM. Leaving Comm Rate set to "current" does work, but an explicit (higher) rate option would be nice.

I think you need to some details about how the com device is told to set/use this higher (non-standard) rate and hopefully I can query the device using Linux tools to provide that information.
