#3 remove frame constrcutor from AdminConnection class

I am making an application that programmaticaly
administers the syncshare server remotely. Here I'm
faced with a problem that constructor in
org.kizna.admin.AdminConnection class initialises a
Frame object when I'm not specifying aany frame int eh
constructor. This causes my program to stop execution.
Can you please remove the Frame object from the
constructor when it is not required?
