#1 Specifying File for Synclair Output

Hi,

I have just been evaluating Synclair and am surprised to
find that this useful tool doesn't allow the user to
specify a file for program output as an alternative to the
standard output. From my own point of view I was
looking for such a tool to integrate into my team's
automated build and release procedure. This simple
enhancement would make the library/program much more
useful to me.

I am reluctant to modify opensource projects in-house
as it means that each upgrade of the software requires
the in-house modifications to be reapplied to the new
code base and retested.

If I want this feature incorporated into SynClair do I
need to get involved in the opensource project or is this
feature on the immediate roadmap for SynClair? If
necessary how do I go about getting involved in the
opensource project as a developer?
