#1 Remove removed files

SyncJammer currently does not remove files on the target if they have been removed on the
source.

Example:
A directory "source" contains files x, y, z and those files have been synched to a directory "target".

Later, the file y is removed from "source".

Running syncjammer, I would expect y also to be removed from the "target" directory, which does
not happen currently.
