#86 Maxing bandwidth

When create synchronicity runs it takes up all network bandwidth preventing all other traffic.
I use create synchronicity to synch between my computer and NAS.
I also have applications which read from the NAS or when accessing files from the NAS when create synchronicity is running network is pegged high and all otehr traffic slows to a crawl.
