Hello Clement,
I love your Create Synchronicity tool version 6 (r1624) and have been using it for years to synchronize some folders from my Windows 10 computer onto 2 USB sticks. I use two sticks for redundancy. I labeled both USBs "PSUSB" and use the label to define the To: directory, as in:
"PSUSB"\open-sync\MyFolder
I synchronize one USB, removed it, plug in the second, and run the same sync profile on the second one. This has worked without problems for a long time.
But a few days ago I updated the folder structure on the computer & on the USBs, and now the other USB is not recognized any more. The syncing works on one "PSUSB" stick, but not on the other "PSUSB" stick, although labeland folder structure on both USBs are identical. For the second USB stick, I always have to redefine the To: directory, because it is not recognized, although everything looks correct to me.
I simply can't find out what the problem is. Can you think of something?
Thanks,
Peter
Can you share a copy of your config file? I'm not sure what might cause this, though. Is it reproducible? (as in, is it always the same stick that causes issues?)
