I've been using Create Synchronicity for a few years now. Mainly to sync my households computers to a server. However during syncing we can transfer/sync large files (2-4gb).
When transferring large files, to Speed: shows 0 B/s.
On a side note, I also noticed that If I'm transferring a file. It might display a speed of, for example, 250 KB/s and start slowing down as follows: 249.99 KB/s, 249.98 KB/s
This might not be a bug, maybe a feature request. I've added an image to show what I'm talking about:
