Hi Paul,
as far as i understood you have a funambol server, and you are trying to
configure it to sync with exchange server, if so, when you  do that, you do
it for any device , not specifically for blackberry.
Anyway you will be able to get the latest version of the connector here:
http://forge.objectweb.org/project/download.php?group_id=96&file_id=10532

after this you can use the funambol admin aplication to setup the exchange
connector to work with your server (you will basically need to setup the ip
address)
