For the SugarcrmConnector, you don't need to uninstall the old one.
Just remove its specification from the install.properties file and the
s4j file from the modules directory and replace with the latest
version, and run the install. You should reply 'N' to all the questions
about installing the databases.<br>

After installing you will need to edit the SugarcrmOfficer.xml file
again to put the Sugar URL back in, or keep a copy of your old version
and replace the new one with that. This might not be safe if the
SugarcrmOfficer code changes but it hasn't for a long while, and I've
no plans to change it.<br>

Finally you should go into the admin screen and check all the settings
are correct for all your Sugarcrm syncsources. If you're installing
6.0.8 or 6.0.9, check that your Sugar version is correctly specified on
the config screen of each source, and SAVE each one. This will ensure
that the syncsource xml is correctly initialised.<br>

I'd like to uninstall the SugarcrmConnector and install the newest one.
The last time I tried this I would up with a broken ds_server, so I
thought I ask here first. <br>

I'm on Windows, and the command I used to install was<br>
&nbsp; d:\programs\Funambol\ds-server\&gt;&nbsp; set PATH=%PATH%;bin<br>
&nbsp; d:\programs\Funambol\ds-server\&gt;&nbsp; install-modules.cmd tomcat55<br>

Is it just the same command?<br>

PS: You can see that the funambol_ds_server_administration_guide.pdf is
a bit lacking in this department:<br>

Uninstalling a Module<br>
To uninstall a module, perform the following:<br>
1. Open the &lt;DS_SERVER_HOME&gt;\install.properties file. <br>
2. Find the modules-to-install= property and delete the module from the
comma-<br>
separated list.<br>
3. Save and close install.properties.<br>
    <u>4. Reinstall the application server and rebuild the database.</u>&nbsp;
(huh?!)<br>
NOTE: The modules-to-uninstall= property in the install.properties file
currently is ignored, <br>
but may be implemented in future releases.<br>
