Hi,

from the log you sent I suspect that the application in not logging in debug
mode...

please be sure, before changing the value as instructed in the previous
messages, that the application is not running. If the application is still
running and you change the value in the file, the application will use the
value stored in the memory and at the end it will rewrite your modification.

please retry paying attention to this issue
