Hi John,
the message "Ignoring notification message for <device_id>" in the
ctp-server log means that the device is not connected to the ctp-server.
That's also why in the ds-server log you find "No valid response received",
because no ctp-server has replyed (there could be many ctp-servers)
Try to look into the client log file if there is any issue reported.
