Hi Simon,
 it is likely that the problem is caused by windows ME.
There are some functions to access the outlook client DM tree (the window=
s
registry) that have some limitations on win 9x and ME (i.e.
RegQueryValueEx...)

I would suggest to have a look at the following link

ps: I suggest to try the latest Sync4j Outlook client release 2.0.21 that
