There are some functions to access the outlook client DM tree (the window= s registry) that have some limitations on win 9x and ME (i.e. RegQueryValueEx...) I would suggest to have a look at the following link http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=3D73BA7BD7-ED06-= 4F0D-80A4-2A7EEAEE17E2&displaylang=3Den Try it and let me know... :) regards Marco ps: I suggest to try the latest Sync4j Outlook client release 2.0.21 that has some new nice features and improvments... -- FAQ: http://forge.objectweb.org/docman/view.php/96/39/general.html Project Documentation: http://forge.objectweb.org/docman/index.php?group_id=3D96 Documentation site: http://sync4j.funambol.com/main.jsp?main=3Ddocumentation List archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Sync4j Sync4j Yahoo group (login required) http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id=3D215 SourceForge u= sers list ----- Original Message -----=20 From: <sy...@SV...> To: <syn...@li...> Sent: Monday, June 13, 2005 5:50 PM Subject: [Sync4j-users] Outllok 2002 and Connector 1.4.3 no function > Hello, > > I'm starting to use sync4j at the moment. > Aim is: Having my contacts/calendar on my mobile phone, the web and at home. > > I'm using Outlook 2002 on WinME at home. > > When opening the Outlook SyncClient I select "Edit->Communication settings" > and get the following error: > > SYNCCLIENTOUTLOOK verursachte einen Fehler durch eine ung=FCltige Seite > in Modul <Unbekannt> bei d664:cccccccc. > Register: > EAX=3D006df498 CS=3D0187 EIP=3Dcccccccc EFLGS=3D00010246 > EBX=3D006df498 SS=3D018f ESP=3D005e0010 EBP=3D005e0030 > ECX=3D005e00b4 DS=3D018f ESI=3D819a6e14 FS=3D45cf > EDX=3Dbff6682d ES=3D018f EDI=3D005e00dc GS=3D0000 > Bytes bei CS:EIP: > > Stapelwerte: > bff66821 005e00dc 006df498 005e00f8 005e00b4 005e01e8 bff6682d 006df498 > 005e00c4 bff7845a 005e00dc 006df498 005e00f8 005e00b4 cccccccc 005e02a0 > > > When selecting "Synchronization Settings" the following error appears: > > SYNCCLIENTOUTLOOK verursachte einen Fehler durch eine ung=FCltige Seite > in Modul WINMAINCLIENTDLL.DLL bei 0187:0197d1af. > Register: > EAX=3D019e5000 CS=3D0187 EIP=3D0197d1af EFLGS=3D00010246 > EBX=3D733ab336 SS=3D018f ESP=3D006dd224 EBP=3D006dd228 > ECX=3D019e5000 DS=3D018f ESI=3D006dd298 FS=3D45c7 > EDX=3D00000000 ES=3D018f EDI=3D006dd28c GS=3D0000 > Bytes bei CS:EIP: > 66 8b 11 8b 45 fc 83 c0 02 89 45 fc 85 d2 74 02 > Stapelwerte: > 019e5000 006dd28c 0197a6c6 019e4a64 006dd2e8 006dd298 733ab336 cccccccc > cccccccc cccccccc cccccccc cccccccc cccccccc cccccccc cccccccc cccccccc > > > Both errors are resulting in a crash of the SyncClient. > > > What is wrong?
