If this project is really OPEN source, then where is
the source. I can't seem to get any replies from the
maintainer.

I've also attempted to contact the maintainer, and I've gotten no replies. It
looks like his SMTP server was messed up for a little while. It does appear
that Nicolas Simonds still offers the source. Here's where to get it:

    http://www.submedia.net/~nic/ [His webpage]
    http://www.submedia.net/~nic/Sync2nas.pl [Straight to the source]

I ran into this the other day by mistake. Hope this helps, and hopefully
future releases will contain the sources (doesn't Cygwin require this anyways
if your going to ship there .DLL's???).

This project was started out of a need at previous company.
That company went bankrupt and the guys who originally
created the software had no need to maintain it.
Unfortunately all this happened before the source was
    uploaded.
