#120 Replacement Value Occurrance Checker

So often in scripts one uses Replace... to do a
nomenclature change, e.g. renaming a variable or
function, particularly as specific ideas become more
generalised. What would be handy therefore would be a
button that confirms the value in the replacement box
doesn't already exist (or provides an occurrence count)
so that you are not accidentally merging two variables
together.
The excellent work you are doing is very much
appreciated !
