symlookup v.0.5.0 Sakura is released

Hello there,
next generation of symlookup is released!

The main feature of this release is Portage support, so now it is possible to query for ebuilds owning libraries with given symbols.

Aside from that some new features are available:
- Extended regular expressions may be used to limit file names to query.
- Man page was split into addional sections, filled with more details and should be more convenient now.
- RPM root directory may be specified now.
- CLI API was changed slightly:
--ar_only long option is replaced by --ar-only;
-v (--version) changed to -V and -v stands for --verbose.

This version is 0.5.0 instead of 0.4.0. Why? Because there are too many changes and most important I implemented everything sufficient I ever wanted to implement in this program, so it should be at least a bit closer to version 1.0 ^_^.

After a while I'll stabilize this release with all fixes incorporated. Maybe some new features will be implemented like obstacks.
