#34 Controlpanel.pl Will Not Open

When trying to open up the login screen initially, I
receieve an error:

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your
request.
Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost
and inform them of the time the error occurred, and
anything you might have done that may have caused
the error.

More information about this error may be available in the
server error log."

I have done this process more than once, and I have
once managed to get the login screen. However, once I
typed in the correct information and entered it, I got
that same screen, and when I tried to backtrack to the
first login screen, the login page went away and it
brought back this same "Internal Server Error" error.

What's wrong?
