Is it possible to make stereo sound excellent/stream through bluetooth headset, i don think that uses API dunno, just speculating...I never really tryed blue tooth head set on my ngage, but If oggplay supports it i would buy one ;) i love this application :D

On an Ngage, really the answer is no. For one the Ngage only has Bluetooth 1.0 and I don't think that's got enough bandwidth to get decent quality. For another almost all bluetooth headsets are going to be BT 2.0 A2DP, so you really are going to want a phone that supports that. It is in principle possible to make OggPlay support the headsets but it would require lots of work, so it's not going to happen.
Get a new phone, such as the N95 or N82 and buy one of these:

Recently got one and it's really good. The only downside is that ocassionally when the headset connects the phone reboots. Sony 1 Nokia 0!!!
