Great and wondrous thanks. Once i re-installed with the n91 suggested skin all the fonts were fine and it runs very well. A mistake I made with loading files was to create a directory of ogg files in the n91 hard disc memory Music folder. This caused strange sections of one track to loop in at odd times. Putting the ogg files in a separate folder away from the Music folder seems to have stopped that.
It also helped to install V,2.00.052 from Nokia. The original instal was so crappy it stuffed my hard drive!.
I am so glad to be able to rip and play ogg files on my N91 thanks.
