I know this will sound daft, but have you checked all the obvious stuff
I.e. does it help if you reposition the mouse, is it fully charged, are
the batteries good etc.?

Failing that, you could always try copying in the USB HCD & HID driver
from the build that last worked for you (0.6.5?) and see if that makes
any difference. If it does, I'll be very confused, but it'd give you a
working mouse.
