Nope. Most files in CVS are GPL2 "or later", and as a large section of
the source is not copyright any of the developers here, we don't have
the authority to re-license anything that is GPL2 *only*

Nope. Stick with OSI approved licenses and I'll be happy. If you're
patching existing code, using the same license is the obvious thing to
do, but I don't really mind what license you use on new stuff.
