#1 SwUpdata re-write

I have plans to start over with SwUpdata. Since the first release now a year or two ago, NSIS has had many new features added. LogicLib being one of them, with virtual logic statements such as ${If}, ${For} etc
I have also written extensions such as NSISArray (dynamic array support) and EmbeddedLists (customisable lists and tree views).

NSIS now also has a few XML plugins and XML would be an ideal way for storing a list of updates, with nested elements.

Haven't had much thought about it yet, but there is plenty of time.
