#57 Baselines in line charts

Hi

First of all I want to thank you to build this cool chart library that is very light and fast

Is possible to add (vertical or horizontal)baselines to line charts?

• Horizontal baselines could be useful to set goals
• Vertical baselines could be useful, when I use the line chart as a realtime live chart, to set the refresh point like a radar
