[sword-app-tech] SSS and sword2ruby now migrated to github

Hi Folks,

I have now migrated SSS from svn to github, and also forked the
sword2ruby library to the swordapp organisation.

I've also started setting up development team permissions, so if you
think you should be in one of the teams but aren't please let me know.
