Like the incremental package update, it seems to be like you can do that
with AtomPub.

I'll write in all the changes that have been suggested and remove
compatibility between 1.2 level1 and 1.3. In the meantime I'll try to
solicit some more feedback on the subject: we still haven't heard from any
implementers outside SWORD2.

Can we agree a timescale for finalising this document please? - I'm sure
> the SWORD2 developers want to get implementing.  Can I suggest all
> comments by the end of Wednesday 10th September, with revised version

I'll try to get the existing typos and errors corrected over the weekend,
along with some proposed wording for edits and additions.
