Ok, I have the credentials now and can get the service document from
cakeordeath.

However, when I post to any of the collections using  example.zip (see
SWORD wiki - Mets with epdcx) I get 403 (Forbidden) status code
returned.

Any ideas, has anyone posted to this url?
