#7 Configure Highlighting by File Type

Currently highlighting is enabled for all text nodes
and for no other files. It might be useful to allow
the highlights to be selectively enabled and disabled
for each type of file known to JBuilder. This would
need to be done in a way such that the default values
cover most normal situations.
