#10 Resizing signs

As opposed to SignWriter DOS the signs in SignWriter
Tiger are not all of same height. This is important
because of the display in columns. Now the signs resize
automatically if a symbol is dragged to a border
(within limits). We think a possibility to resize signs
would be nice. With the mouse one could drag sign
borders but with the keyboard we don't have a solution yet.
