Show the power offered to the devices via PoE interfaces.
The result can be shown like the "show power inline" command.

It could be nice if there's a colum showing how much power is offered to each device.
Additionally, it would be nice do see how much of the total the device is offering.
Example: if a switch or module can offer 370w and it's offering 100w, it's using almost 25% of the capacity.
