Hi,
Can someone help me please. How can I add HP switches and cisco SG300-28 Port, SG300-52 Port and even the SG350 models in switchmap.

When trying to add a Cisco SG300/SG350 the following error is displayed. However on catalyst is working fine.

Error couldn't open SNMP::Info session
perhaps wrong device FQDN or wrong community

Can someone help me please?
