Recently upgraded to switchmap v14.0 and I am noticing that the information for what is connected to the port is coming back as "port is active, but no packets have been seen recently" for all ports. I had seen a few topics on this issue here but the bridging tables are all showing MAC addresses and they have not timed out. I am seeing this on cisco 3750 and 3850 platforms switches. I am using SNMP v3 but when i tested with SNMP v2c community strings the data populated. Not sure if this is maybe a limitation with windows clients and snmpv3 or something with switchmap, Any insight would be appreciated.

I think I resolved my issue I found I needed to add snmp v3 contexts to my switches to populate the info for the hosts connected to each port.
