#20 12.4 is reporting trunk interfaces as routed
Recently upgraded to 12.4. Noticed that layer-2 Port Channel interfaces are reporting as "routed" and are showing zillions of MAC addr's on each port (logical, as there ARE a lot of downstream MAC's on the Layer-2 interface).
I believe these should be showing as "trunk ports" without the long list of MAC's.
Issue is verified occurring on several platforms and IOS revisions:
Cat6509E/Sup720 running 12.2(33)SXJ1
Cat4503/WS-X4013+ running 12.2(31)SGA
Cat3560G running 12.2(58)SE2
Cat4948 running 12.2(54)SG1
CBS3020 running 12.2(58)SE1

SwitchMap has a long-running problem with getting trunk status correctly on some switches. I think 12.5 improved things. Do you still have the issue with 12.5 or 13.0?
