#7 Get working with SQLite

Right now if there's no datastore specified, switchboard defaults to an in-memory datastore that is lost when the process is killed. I'd rather default to sqlite and show a warning instead of an error in the admin UI. This ticket would also require expanding support beyond NoSQL/Mongo.
