We have a pile of warnings that are OK, expected, and bury legit ones. These *need* to be filtered out.

Boost depreciation has been filtered out. I'm not liking how I've done it (since it covers /all/ depreciation warnings) but we won't actually care for quite a long while - when we, ourselves, have reason to use "depreciation".

The other warnings; from Allegro about PDBs, are un-suppressable in MSVC, which makes me really, really sad.

Lowering priority, since I'd still like to get rid of those, but that may take some serious build-process know-how.
