Switchboard / News: Recent posts

I'm finishing up some super cool improvements for the new version of Switchboard, including a new Browser class that replaces Webpage and WellFormedDocument for screenscraping, and general HTML/XML parsing needs. I have also added a PCAP service (packet capture, just like in CarnivorePE), and fixed a bnch of bugs.
