1.A. Restarting of Cleanup Daemon.
1.A.1 Todo: It should be possible for the
SwCollect thread to restart the CleanupDaemon, if it is
not running,
and the status in the config file for
terminating this changes, i.e. switch the sub thread on
and off
at will (according to the config file).
