Compiling SWire

SWire is an open source project; its code can be downloaded free from here.

In order to compile SWire, you need the following Java libraries:

• common-codec-1.6.jar (https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-codec/)
• javassist-3.20.0-GA.jar (http://jboss-javassist.github.io/javassist/)
• msgpack-0.6.12.jar (https://github.com/msgpack/msgpack-java)
• stata-sfi.jar (http://www.stata.com/java/api/)
• bcprov-jdk15on-157.jar (https://www.bouncycastle.org/)
• bcpkix-jdk15on-157.jar (https://www.bouncycastle.org/)

SWire must be compiled with a JDK which is compatible with Stata. For example JDK > 7 is not compatible with Stata 13.
