#7 Window titles in Import Wizard look like part of a menu bar

In the import wizard, each of the 4 steps' windows show
their title not only as the title of the window (in the
titlebar), but also at the top of the window contents,
in what looks like a menu bar. This is confusing, as it
appears to be part of some menu when it is not.
