hi,

why has +SCViewHolder been moved to osx/extSwingOSCosx.sc ? i don't  
see why this is OSX specific - SCViewHolder, FlowView, ActionButton  
and all those are from crucial GUI which is not OSX specific, or am i  
wrong?
